Two Dead After Post-Fireworks Accident in Rock Island

In what can only de described as a freak accident, two Quad Cities residents are dead after a large tree branch fell on them Tuesday night.

The accident happened on the front lawn of the Rock Island County Courthouse where the two men killed and five other injured parties had gathered to watch the Red, White & Boom fireworks show.
