Usually, Herb Farver is seen at concerts. You may have seen him at the Mississippi Valley Fair or at iWireless with no shirt on, arms extended fully out, 'AMERICAN' tattooed across his chest and sometimes, he chugs a beer ("Look Mom, no hands!")After Herb's story went nearly viral, Kevin and I decided we had to meet him in-person and find out just who 'The American' really is.
