Water Taxi Takes Break Due to Flooding

The Channel Cat Water Taxi is taking a break in the QC.With flood level reached at 15 feet, the mighty Mississippi River is making sure the Channel Cat stays parked this weekend.

Conditions are unsafe to operate in and the river is expected to get higher yet by Sunday. It's expected to crest to 16.9 feet, according to KWQC.com.

Meanwhile, the Cedar River is expected to get below flood stage by Sunday.
