Registration is now open for the 10th Annual, Big Brothers Big Sisters Putt-A-Round. Putt-A-Round, which is open to the public Wednesday, January 21 through Friday, January 23, kicks off with a special evening on Tuesday night, January 20th for Bigs, Littles, area youth and families.
All proceeds from Putt-A-Round go to support the one-to-one, professionally supported, youth mentoring programs of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Mississippi Valley. BBBS-MV serves more than 750 children annually and has helped over 10,000 children since it was founded here in the 14-county, Quad Cities region 26 years ago. Most of the children are facing some kind of adversity and with the support and guidance of a Big Brother or Big Sister they are able to become successful, self-sufficient adults.
