In the spirit of "Drink Beer Day", researchers in Sweden have found that it may be better for you than you think!

The study shows that women who drink one to two pints of beer per week were at lower risk for having a heart attack.

The risk for these women is 30% lower than heavy drinkers or non-drinkers.

Of course, this is a very small amount of beer.  So you can't use the excuse "it's for my health" next time you spend your Friday night slamming 10 Budweisers at the local watering hole.
